WARNING!!! THIS KIT IS INTENDED FOR OFFROAD USE ONLY NOT FOR HIGHWAY USE!

Part Number Reference

18B4927 & 18B4926 (bracketed s197 mustang brake calipers)

950.61501 (stop tech braided brake lines)

BLF-31B (bubble flare to inverted flare adapter)

PRT5697 (stock 2004 E150 rotors)

633-54192L & 633-54192R (drilled and slotted rotors)

260-8419 (wilwood proportioning valve)

260-13783 (wilwood 2lb residual valve)

Install notes:

stock s197 brake hoses will not work! it puts the hose in a bind any way you try to route it, also runs into leaf spring clearance. to run the stop tech braided lines, you will need to use the bubble flare to inverted flare adapter or it will leak.

you may need to replace your 10lb residual valve with a 2lb one which is meant for rear disc brakes. not doing so may cause the brakes to drag. an adjustable proportioning valve will get your brake bias dialed in once installed.

make sure when you install the calipers that the bleeder screw is facing up and not down. it will not bleed correctly causing brakes to be soft or fail completely. you may have to flip the caliper sides (driver side to passenger side and vise versa) to get the bleeder screw facing straight up. brackets were designed to point towards the rear of the truck.

Note: all orders are MTO (made to order), expect a 3-4 week lead time!
